Role Summary
The Business development Partner will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving sales efforts to help expand the company's market presence. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on generating revenue and increasing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, and target prospective clients through various methods (e.g. cold calls, emails, networking, referrals)
- Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients, industries, and emerging trends.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and sales opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of business.
- Develop strategies to maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the management to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
- Set clear objectives and targets for business development activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and outcomes.
- Identify potential strategic partners and alliances that can help expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications is a plus.
- Five (5)+ years of business development experience in HR Outsourcing Industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
- Strong network and connections in the HR industry
